How your painting is made
Nothing is painted before you order it. When your order comes in we brief a painter we work with, they paint a hand-painted oil reproduction of the piece you chose, and it ships when it is finished. The child's original painting is never sold — their family keeps it.
How long it takes
Weeks rather than days, and that is the product rather than a delay. We would rather not give you a date we cannot hold, so your order page shows where your painting actually is and we email you when it moves.
If something is wrong with your painting
If it arrives damaged, or it is not a faithful reproduction of the artwork you chose, tell us and we will always put it right — repainted or refunded. That holds regardless of anything else, and photographs of the problem help us sort it out quickly.
